HMRC Gateway Authorisation

Crunch are authorised for electronic filing of returns with the HMRC Gateway.

We are only one of 12-13 providers in the UK to provide this and only 5-6 that comply with the latest revision.

This authorisation allows us to cut out a lot of the hard-copy requirements of the traditional tax submission system, speeding up the submission process and allowing Crunch customers to have online visibility of their tax, VAT etc.

PCG Affiliation

The PCG affiliate membership is open to Agents, Accountants, Procurement Companies, Training Providers and other suppliers of services to freelancers and puts a framework on our relationships, providing a platform to develop added value services for the general membership and/or specific and tailored services for specific membership disciplines. The ability of each PCG Affiliate to either develop new services or to engage with PCG in joint promotional projects will act as a measure of each Affiliate’s determination to support and promote the Freelance way of working.

MSC Legislation Compliant

The aim of MSC legislation is to cover individuals working as contractors who have decided to retain another company to manage all their company administration and tax on their behalf. There are a number of fine points (which can be viewed in their entirity from the links below) but the general gist of it is to close tax loopholes that existed in the past relating to IR-35 contracts.

Crunch is fully compliant with the latest iteration of this legislation.
