Fantastic news out of Crunch Towers today – we’ve been chosen by TechHub, the huge coworking space near London’s Old Street Roundabout (locally known as Silicon Roundabout due to the volume of technology companies operating in the area) to provide accountancy services for the technology startups using their facilities.
TechHub CEO Elizabeth Varley, and board advisor Mike Butcher (European Editor of agenda-setting technology website TechCrunch) praised Crunch for our modern approach to a traditional industry -
“Simple, accurate and inexpensive accounting is what start-ups, entrepreneurs and small companies need so they can spend their time focusing on what they do best. Having a great online service backed up by someone at the other end of the phone when you need them, without worrying about costs mounting up is one of the reasons Crunch’s service is so suitable for the cost-conscious company.”
Crunch will be sending a crack squad of our expert accountants to run advice sessions and workshops from TechHub’s base, with the aim of supporting the UK’s burgeoning startup community, and demystifying the traditionally stuffy and expensive world of accountancy.
Crunch Managing Director Darren Fell said of the new partnership -
“TechHub looked at software solutions and realised they needed modern accountant with expert advice, the annual accounts etc and the online solution in one place.”
We’re exceptionally pleased to add TechHub to our growing list of prestigious partners, and especially excited to be able to provide their tech-savvy clientèle with an accountancy service as forward-thinking as they are.
