To continue with our astonishing growth, we now need an outstanding Outbound Sales Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity and the role is central to the success of Crunch.
The sales advisor will be responsible for bringing onboard clients whilst reaching and often exceeding the monthly sales targets set by the business.
Sales Advisor Activities:
- Calling a targeted group of potential clients to pitch our concept and Crunch product.
- Exceeding monthly sales targets through a combination of outbound calling and researching new clients
- Planning and undertaking a daily work schedule to contact new and existing leads to ensure maximum sales achieved each day and month.
As our Sales Advisor you will:
- Have experience and success in outbound selling
- Be a results driven professional (must be able to provide proof of results achieved)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be self-motivated and dedicated to achieve any set targets
- Be a natural networker, inquisitive and passionate
- Have the ability to work in a dynamic startup and entrepreneurial environment
- Have the knowledge and ability to use web based CRM systems; Salesforce
Salary: £17,000 + commission
