Due to expansion we need an experienced Senior Account Manager with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of Account Managers to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
You will be responsible for managing the quality, consistency and efficiency of a team of Account Managers ensuring that the service provided is second to none and that all key customer service and performance standards are met.
