Finally, cost effective Limited Company setups...
Going Limited isn't anywhere near as complicated as you might think. It's not just for the larger businesses with large team, it's also perfect for single person businesses.
Why not a sole trader? Well, there are many advantages over being a soletrader but essentially;
- Protection - Being "Limited" gives you limited liability. If the worst happens being a soletrader and you are not suitably insured, you are personally liable. Scary eh?
- Cheaper - There are instant tax advantages. Using dividends as a payment vehicle can instantly save tax.
