Here at Crunch we’ve put massive amounts of time and energy into automating all those time-consuming accounting processes – such as raising invoices, calculating expenses and VAT – and much more besides.
We do all this through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system called Salesforce. It’s an incredible software package which our tech-heads have utilized brilliantly. So brilliantly in fact that Salesforce decided to interview our head honcho Darren Fell for a case study.
The people at Salesforce recognized the innovative nature of Crunch, and felt that we were a perfect example of what can be achieved with their product; and that is, in very general terms, brilliant customer service via an easy-to-use online system.
