Crunch may be an established online accountancy service, but we’re still young and sprightly enough to find a place in a list of the top 100 start-ups.

And we didn’t just sneak in at number 99…

The Startups 100 list – compiled by – identifies the country’s most innovative and ground-breaking new companies. Crunch came in at number 51!

Mr Crunch, aka Darren Fell,  was interviewed in Brighton-based newspaper The Argus and had the following to say:

“Being named among the country’s top 100 innovative start-up companies is a true reflection of what we are about. We have turned the grey, stuffy, and ultimately boring world of accounting and book-keeping on its head and created something that’s fun, good value and easy to use.”

A place in the latest Startups 100 list further illustrates just how revolutionary Crunch has been in helping freelancers, contractors and small businesses with their accountancy needs – all in the name of making the process of running a business much much simpler.
