Having picked up several awards over our short life, we thought it was time to start giving rather than receiving.  This is why Crunch.co.uk have teamed up with PeoplePerHour, Adjug and Intuit to sponsor the Virtual Business Awards 2010 (or “the VBAs” for those of you who like acronyms).  Like our co-sponsors, Crunch conducts its business online – we think the web is truly the future of business, so we love nurturing other online businesses, and watching them blossom like beautiful flowers in the virtual pastures we call home.

The VBAs are looking for new firms that make progressive use of the web to promote or improve their businesses.  We already have 25 very worthy candidates – and that number is growing quickly!

Managing Director of Crunch Darren Fell will be sitting on the panel of judges for the awards.  The deadline for companies wishing to submit themselves for consideration is November 30th – not long to go now.  As if the prestige of winning such an award isn’t enough, there is also £20,000 prize money on the line.

If you would like to be considered you can register your business for consideration on the Virtual Business Awards website.
