Our development team are a sneaky bunch – we don’t hear from them in days, and then suddenly we come into the office to find Crunch has been updated with some nice new features!

Today was one of those days – the development team were up late into the night rolling out a new update in preparation for the April 6th rate changes (which we are detailing on this very blog!), and they managed to sneak a couple of new features in there too. The most noticeable changes will be user-facing password resets.

Previously our Account Managers have handled that on our users’ behalf, but we’ve experienced a couple of instances when users have been locked out of their account at the weekend. Users are now able to send a password reminder by entering their memorable word, or reset their password entirely.

There have also been a couple of tweaks to our reconciliation feature which should ease the process further still.
