In the last week we’ve been made aware of a bug Santander customers are experiencing with the Crunch bank reconciliation system. A formatting error is resulting in statements downloaded from the bank’s website being unreadable by the Crunch system.
We have been assured by Santander that they are looking at the issue and are aiming to have a fix in place in the very near future. Unfortunately this means that in the interim Crunch clients using Santander will be unable to use our statement upload facility, but will still be able to reconcile manually.
We know this issue has affected several of our clients, and apologise for the inconvenience – unfortunately we’re powerless in this situation and have no choice but to wait for Santander to fix the issue themselves.
We will update again once we’ve confirmed the problem is fixed.
