About the role

As a Client Manager at Crunch you will naturally have the following:

  • The ability to engage with people and build professional relationships easily on both a team and B2B level.
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and be happy to take on responsibility.
  • Be organised and used to managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • High levels of computer literacy - using multiple systems.
  • The ability to work within a team as well as individually

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent service to clients using a blend of phone and email to provide support, advice and encourage best practice.
  • Working alongside a team of Client Managers and aiding the team in achieving its objectives.
  • Managing your own group of clients building excellent working relationships and managing administrative activities within a client's account.
  • Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and maintained.
  • Advise clients on use of the Crunch software.
  • Maintaining client records in the Crunch CRM system and document management system.
  • Managing communication between clients and other departments at Crunch.
  • Managing clients’ registered office post, including scanning.
  • Assisting with responses from quarterly feedback surveys.
  • Recovering service if things go wrong or escalating to your Team Manager if required.
