About you

Are you a Customer Services professional with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail? We’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for a Client Manager to join our growing team, to support our client base with providing the outstanding service that we pride ourselves in.

Your working life:

  • This role is open to applicants from anywhere in the UK. All we need is for you to be able to work from home in a comfortable, private and distraction free environment
  • You’ll be working Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 as part of a dedicated service team within the Client Services department
  • We need you to have a solid internet connection (a minimum of 10-12 Mbps upload speed)
  • We'll provide you with all the equipment you need to get set up before you start with us - so there's no need to supply your own
  • You’ll start with 3-4 weeks of virtual training with our fantastic Quality Coaches to ensure you have all the knowledge and tools you need to succeed!

About the role

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • You’ll become an expert on our Crunch software; learning the ins and outs of what our clients need to do to manage their accounts effectively
  • Your system knowledge will allow you to provide excellent service to the clients assigned to your dedicated service team, using a blend of phone, video call and email to provide support, advice and encourage best practice; whilst ensuring our Service Level Agreements are maintained
  • This support will include onboarding, system walk-throughs and answering any general questions; along with maintaining client records and administrative duties
  • You’ll proactively spot patterns in the questions and requests from our clients, taking their feedback onboard; whilst boosting your own income by identifying opportunities where we can make their lives easier with additional Crunch products and services.
  • You’ll build relationships and work closely with other teams across wider company - managing client communication and being the internal voice of our clients
  • Understanding, prioritising and escalating our customers' feedback and feature requests to the internal Product Team - plus, being the first the first port of call for service recovery if any problems arise; escalating to your Senior Client Manager or Team Manager where required

About you! You will have:

  • The right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication skills, in spoken and written English
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role (1 year +)
  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively. 
  • A proficient level of computer literacy, along with feeling comfortable using multiple systems (all training will be provided!)
