Crunch is currently offering customers a trial of our online software.
These terms and conditions apply to the trial of the Crunch Online Software.
ALL DATA WILL BE ERASED FROM YOUR TRIAL ACCOUNT AT THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD (whether scheduled or adhoc). If you decide to subscribe to Crunch after using the trial, a new account will be created for you to your specific requirements.
No data can be saved, transferred or referenced from your trial account, by signing up to the trial you are accepting that all trial data will be deleted from the Crunch System when the trial is terminated.
The Crunch trial does not extend to the personal services that are otherwise included with Crunch e.g. Accountancy support, Account Management support, telephone advice, etc.
There is no fee, no contract and no obligation to subscribe to the Crunch service if you apply for the trial.
If you give notice to terminate your trial (by calling 0844 500 8000 or emailing advisors@crunch.co.uk), you will still be subject to the provisions of trial until the account is disabled.
Your use of our online service is subject to these terms and conditions and Crunch‘s standard terms and conditions.
If you decide to subscribe to the full Crunch service; from the date your full service account is enabled, the charges applicable for the full service (see here for pricing information) will be effective.
We will be entitled to disable your trial if you at any time, or in any way, breach these terms and conditions, our standard terms and conditions, use the trial in a way that Crunch deems unsuitable or conduct yourself inappropriately. In all cases Crunch‘s decision is final.
Crunch reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and / or to extend or withdraw the period of availability of the trial to new customers at any time. By registering for and commencing your use of our services, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and the Crunch standard terms and conditions.
In the event of any conflict; the Crunch standard terms and conditions will take precedence over these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
These terms and conditions are effective as at 1st of February 2011.
