This is an operational as well as a strategic role, so that ability to get stuck in, whilst supporting the team and managing wider business expectations is crucial for this role.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, technology, and industry best practices.
- Alongside the Marketing Consultant, set individual and team objectives and targets, measure progress and embrace the optimisation of the Hibob system for setting and tracking company and department goals, conducting quarterly reviews and 121’s.
- Manage people related matters with direct reports, lead daily standups and plan team cover (including freelancer availability) during peak holiday periods to ensure we have sufficient resources to complete agreed tasks.
