How do I sign up?

You can either sign up online using the links above under each product, once you've chosen the package that's right for your business. If you're not sure which package is best for you or you have any questions, you can speak to one of our friendly advisors on (main rtap number), use our live chat option, or arrange a callback at a time that's convenient for you.

Is there a set up fee?

Our complete accountancy packages have a £25+VAT setup fee to get your Crunch account up-and-running and ensure that you're registered for all relevant taxes with HMRC with Crunch as your tax agent. If you want us to set up your limited company for you (or you're already formed and more than six months into your company financial year), there may be additional setup charges.

How do I get answers to my questions?

All our complete accountancy packages come with unlimited support via phone or email from a team of superhero client managers. They'll be able to help you with any questions you have about using our software, dealing with HMRC and Companies House on your behalf, or reminding you of deadlines. You also have access to a team of expert accountants to help with any tax questions you may have.

We've also got a comprehensive Help Centre and how-to guides and videos available to everyone - even our software only Crunch Free members.

Can I speak to an accountant?

Yes of course. If our client managers cannot answer your question (they usually can!) - we can arrange a convenient time for you to speak with an accountant about your business and any tax-related questions you may have.

If you're a Crunch Free member then you can buy an expert consultation using our 'Ask an Accountant' feature within your software.

What if I have employees?

We also have a Small Business package that is ideal for companies with up to 10 employees. It's also possible to add our Payroll service to any of our other complete accountancy packages to take care of all your payroll needs. Just speak to an advisor.

What's best for me - sole trader or limited company?

How can I switch to Crunch?

We make it super easy to switch to Crunch from another accountant, whether you're a sole trader or a limited company. Your best bet is to speak to one of our advisors who can talk you through everything. Or, take a look at our Switching Accountants page.

Is there a minimum term or contract?

Our Pro and Premium packages have no minimum term or extended tie-ins, they're a rolling monthly subscription. If you're on our Small Business package or any of our annual packages then you pay upfront for 12 months (with a 10% discount!), so you're tied in for 12 months.

Is there a free trial?

If you're interested in one of our complete accountancy packages then we can set you up with a demo account with dummy data so you can see some of the more advanced features such as VAT filing, Company tax calculations, Director Payroll and other handy tools. Just speak to one of our advisers or complete the free trial request form.

Do I get a discount if I pay annually?

Yes, you'll get a 10% discount if you pay yearly in advance on any of our complete packages. You'll then get a rolling 12-month contract. Speak to one of our friendly advisors for more information.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time on any of our rolling monthly plans. You can also get a range of add-on services at any time to help you run your business.
