Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We’re so confident you’ll love our software and support that we’ll give you 14 days to try Crunch, completely free. Explore the tools, get to know the team, and see how simple accounting can really be.

Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade my plan later?

Absolutely, you’re in control. You can change your plan whenever you like. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. All you need to do is give us a shout and we’ll get it sorted.

Are you MTD compatible?

Yes! Crunch is fully Making Tax Digital (MTD) compliant for VAT right now and we’ll be ready for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self Assessment (MTD ITSA) before the new rules come into effect in April 2026. So you’ll be covered every step of the way.

How easy is it to switch from my current accountant and software?

We’ve got a dedicated onboarding team to make switching simple. Plus, crunch offers seamless data imports from Xero, QuickBooks, and FreeAgent. So you can move your accounts over quickly and without hassle.

I haven’t set up my company yet—can you help?
