We’re able to provide an accountancy service tailored to you. By providing a range of add-ons in addition to everything else included in our packages, we can offer a truly bespoke service that suits your needs. Choose from:

  • Self Assessment filing (included in Plus product)

    We’ll prepare and file Self Assessments for up to two directors. We’ll help make sure you’re paying the correct amount of personal tax, and claiming the allowances you’re entitled to. As part of our personal tax service, we can register you for Self Assessment and file your return, saving you from the hassle.

  • References (up to two included in Plus and Premium products for lettings and mortgages each year)

    If you need an accountant’s reference to confirm your business finances, we’ll be on hand to help.

  • IR35 review (included in Plus product)

    Find out whether IR35 affects you. We’ll assess your employment contracts and working practices to figure out if you’re at risk from an HMRC investigation.

  • Payroll for up to 10 employees (included in Plus product, payroll for up to 20 employees available with Premium product at an additional cost)

    Expanding businesses can add a total of up to 10 employees (including directors) to their accounts. Up to 20 employees (including directors) can be added to our Premium product. Our RTI payroll can be set up in minutes, letting you expand your team safe in the knowledge that you’re staying compliant.

  • Accountancy Healthcheck (included in Plus and Premium products)

    A check of your company’s accounts and tax arrangements with an accountant. Our Accountancy Healthcheck is designed to:

    • Provide guidance on helping improve your company's financial performance
    • Assist with any changes in regulations and the impact on your business
    • Assist you in understanding the changing needs of your business.

  • Bookkeeping (included in Premium product)

    We look after your day-to-day bookkeeping when your bank statements are uploaded. Our expert accountants will reconcile your bank statements, as well as take care of payments, expenses and payrolls.

  • Pension auto-enrolment

    We can take care of all your pension auto-enrolment responsibilities.

  • Previous tax year accounts (Pre-Crunch)

    We can prepare and file your company’s accounts from a previous financial period. This service may be needed if you didn’t have an accountant, or if your previous accountant won’t be filing your accounts for you.

  • Employment Related Securities returns

    If your business has transferred or issued shares to a director or employee in a tax year, an Employment Related Securities (ERS) return may need to be filed with HMRC. We’ll discuss the information you need to file with HMRC and provide general advice on the preparation and submission of the return. If you need Crunch to submit your return to HMRC we can provide this service. Transfers of shares in the normal course of domestic, family or personal relationships don’t usually need to be reported to HMRC.

  • Service office address and forward (Included with Plus product)

    We provide you with a service address, so your personal details can stay private.
