1. Offer Overview
This promotional offer gives eligible new customers 50% off their Crunch Accounting subscription fees for the first six (6) months.

2. Eligibility

  • This offer is only available to new Crunch Accounting clients who sign up for one of the following packages:
    • Sole Trader Pro
    • Limited Company Pro
    • Limited Company Premium
  • The offer is available to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

3. Offer Period

  • The promotion is valid for sign-ups made between 17/11/2025 and 01/12/2025, unless extended or withdrawn earlier by Crunch Accounting at its discretion.

4. Discount Details

  • The 50% discount will apply to the standard monthly subscription price of the eligible package for the first six (6) months following the date of sign-up.
  • After the initial six (6) months, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard package rate, unless cancelled in accordance with Crunch’s standard terms of service.

5. Payment Terms

  • All fees are payable monthly in advance, in accordance with Crunch Accounting’s general terms and conditions.
  • The discount applies only to the base subscription fee and does not include any add-ons, one-off services, or additional products.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel at any time, subject to Crunch Accounting’s standard cancellation policy.
  • If the subscription is cancelled within the first six months, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the discounted period.

7. Non-Transferable

  • This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

8. General

  • Crunch Accounting reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Use of Crunch Accounting services is subject to Crunch’s standard Terms of Business, available at https://www.crunch.co.uk/terms.

Crunch Newsletter Sign-up Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter is E-Crunch Ltd (trading as “Crunch”), company number  06014477 , with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

2. Eligibility

  • The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Only one entry per individual is permitted.
  • Sole Traders and Limited Companies are both eligible to enter.
  • Employees of Crunch and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  • The £500 credit can only be applied to services for one legal entity and cannot be split across multiple businesses.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  • To enter, individuals must sign up to the Crunch newsletter by providing their full name, company name (enter “Sole Trader” if not applicable), phone number, and email address via the official sign-up form.
  • The entry period closes at 11:59 PM BST on Monday 07 July 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prize

  • The winner will receive £500 worth of Crunch services, which can be used toward:
    • Crunch’s accounting subscription plans
    • Relevant subscription service add-ons (e.g., Self Assessment, Bookkeeping, etc.)
  • The credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other forms of compensation.
  • Some services are excluded from the offer, including but not limited to:
    • Visa references
    • Overdue or historic accounts
    • Pre-Crunch service
    • Overdue Self Assessment service
    • Other non-subscription services
  • The prize must be used within 6 months of the issue date. Unused credit after this period will expire.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The prize draw will take place by Friday 18 July 2025, following the close of the entry period.
  • One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 5 working days of the draw.
  • The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of notification. If no confirmation is received, another entrant may be selected.

6. Data Protection

  • Personal data submitted will be used to administer the draw in accordance with Crunch’s Privacy Policy.
  • By entering, participants agree to receive the Crunch newsletter. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email they receive from Crunch.

7. General

  • Crunch reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • Crunch’s decision in all matters relating to this draw is final.

Crunch Accounting - 40% off Self Assessments

Offer: From 11th November 2025 until midnight of the 30th November, all Self Assessments purchased using the promo code 40OFFSA will be entitled to 40% off the total cost of the service. After the 30th of November, Crunch reserves the right to stop the promotion with immediate effect. Crunch reserves the right to run further offers directly after the promotion has ceased or repeat the promotion at any time.

The promotion code is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. If you purchase a discounted Self Assessment during the promotional period, it will not include the cost of the Express service and an additional charge would be applicable for this add-on at full price. Any additional add-ons are not included. The promotion is limited to 24/25 Self Assessment purchases only and will not be applicable to any other Self Assessment purchases. Crunch Accounting's 20% Off Annual Package Offer

Offer Overview: This promotional offer provides 20% off the subscription cost of Crunch Accounting when paid for on an annual basis. The 20% deduction is based on the equivalent cost of 12 monthly subscription payments.  

Eligibility: This offer is available to new customers who sign up for a qualifying annual package with Crunch Accounting. This offer cannot be redeemed by customers who were previously on a monthly subscription model, unless otherwise discussed with an advisor.

Offer Period: This offer is valid from 25th November 2024 to 31st August 2025. Crunch Accounting reserves the right to extend, modify, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Discount: The 20% discount applies to the first year of the chosen annual package. The discount will be applied to the total cost of the annual subscription and will not apply to any additional services or add-ons that are purchased separately.

Package Selection: The offer is valid for the following annual packages: Sole Trader, Pro, Premium, Premium Plus. Packages not listed are excluded from this promotion.

Crunch price match facility

1. Introduction

Crunch Accounting ("Crunch," "we," or "us") offers a Price Match Facility to provide customers the opportunity to match competitor pricing for equivalent services. The following terms and conditions apply to customers who wish to take advantage of the Price Match Facility and receive a discount.

2. Eligibility for Price Match

To be eligible for the Price Match Facility, the following conditions must be met:

  • The client must provide a valid competitor’s quote or invoice for an equivalent service at the time of sale or within 1 month of the sale.  
  • The services in the competitor’s quote or invoice must match the services offered by Crunch. This includes but is not limited to, services such as Annual Accounts, CT600 tax returns, or any other relevant services provided as part of the package.

3. Proof of Competitor Pricing

  • The client is required to submit a valid competitor’s quote or invoice to verify the competitor's pricing. This can be provided at the time of sale for an instant discount or sent later for future adjustments.
  • Once verified, Crunch will apply the price match and reduce the client’s monthly bill starting from the point of receipt and signoff of the proof.
  • No retroactive refunds will be issued for invoices or quotes submitted after the contract start date.

4. Discount Terms

  • Upon successful verification of the competitor’s quote, Crunch will match the competitor’s price and offer an additional 10% discount for the first 12 months of service.
  • The promotion code E10OFFER must be applied at the time of purchase to receive the 10% discount for 12 months.

5. Duration of Price Match

  • The price match and the associated discount will apply for a period of 12 months from the date the proof of competitor pricing is received and verified.
  • After 12 months, standard pricing will apply unless a new price match is submitted and approved.

6. Limitations

  • The Price Match Facility applies only to direct like-for-like services. If a competitor’s quote does not include certain services (e.g., Annual Accounts or CT600 tax return), these services will be added to the price match calculation, and the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
  • Crunch reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the competitor’s quote or invoice and may reject any false or fraudulent claims.

7. Exclusions

  • This offer is only available to new customers.
  • The Price Match Facility cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts, except for the 10% discount offered for the first 12 months.

8. Standard Quotation Requirements

  • All quotes provided by Crunch will detail the availability of the Price Match Facility to ensure customers are aware of this option at the time of sale.

9. General

  • Crunch reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Facility at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and provisions of the Main Terms of Service and any other terms, conditions, or agreements, whether implied or explicit, the provisions of the Main Terms of Service shall take precedence and govern. Any such conflicting terms shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to be consistent with the Main Terms of Service.

By submitting a competitor’s quote or invoice and applying for the Price Match Facility, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

1. Offer Overview
This promotional offer gives eligible existing Crunch Free customers to 50% off their Crunch Accounting subscription fees for the first three (3) months.

2. Eligibility

  • This offer is only available to current Crunch Free users who do not have a Crunch Accounting package. The code can be used for one of the following packages:

By providing feedback through https://cloud.mc.crunch.co.uk/tell-us-what-you-think by 31st December 2025, you’ll receive one free entry into our prize draw. Giving Crunch subscription customers the chance to win 20% off their subscription for 12 months. 

The prize is strictly non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. E-Crunch Ltd, the Promoter, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a discount or offer of equal or greater monetary value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

If you are the successful winner of the Prize (defined as 20% off your subscription fee for 12 months), the discount shall be applied exclusively to the regular monthly or annual subscription fee paid to Crunch and will not include money off any add-on services, such as (but not limited to) payroll services, specialist tax advice, legal fees, or third-party product integration charges.

In the event the winner cancels their subscription during the 12-month discount period, the discount will cease immediately upon termination of the subscription, and no refund or transfer of the remaining discount value will be provided.. We reserve the right to increase the monthly subscription fee for the service during the next 12 months, and our usual terms would apply. The competition runs until the 31st December 2025. Crunch will select a winner at random from customers who have submitted feedback via the link above by 31st December 2025. The draw will take place on Friday, 2nd January 2026, and our winner will be notified by email before Friday, 9th January 2026.
