We have an exciting new permanent Product Manager role in our Transformation & Product team!
About the role:
This role will work closely with our Transformation & Product Director, Senior Product Manager, and the rest of the Transformation & Product team to define our product direction and prioritise the execution of the Crunch product roadmap, aligning with the Crunch strategic objectives and customer requirements.
The role will help Crunch to enhance our impressive portfolio of scalable products and help us achieve our growth plans to deliver increased revenue.
What does success look like in this role?:
Within the next 6 months, you will:
- Own the Discovery-to-Delivery Pipeline: Successfully lead at least one major product discovery phase, taking it from the initial business case and user story scoping through to a validated concept ready for development.
- Embed into the Agile Flow: Become a seamless, trusted partner within your cross-functional Scrum team, driving efficient sprint cycles and championing incremental value delivery.
- Establish Data & Feedback Loops: Standardise the way you gather user insights by running regular client interviews and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement for our existing features.
- Build Trusting Relationships: Establish strong, credible working relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives, keeping them clearly informed of roadmap progress.
Within the next 12 Months, you will:
- Launch & Drive ROI: Successfully launch a new product or major feature set to the market, taking full accountability for its ongoing optimisation, market positioning, and commercial ROI.
- Shape the Product Roadmap: Proactively contribute to the mid-to-long-term Crunch product roadmap and vision, using competitive market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Become a Team Pillar: Serve as a reliable buddy and mentor within the Transformation & Product team, ensuring seamless momentum on deliverables even during team absences.
- Master Incident & Change Management: Confidently assist in wider business incident resolution and effective bug triage, showcasing the resilience and pragmatic problem solving needed to keep our product stable and user focused.
About your skills and experience:
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner for successful commercial products.
- Accustomed to working on multiple priorities as part of a cross functional product or project team, engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to testing and validation.
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels, including internal teams, external users & C-Suite executives.
- Experience working with Scrum teams and ‘Agile’ project management methodologies, with a flexible approach to project management that accommodates rapid experimentation and learning.
Desirable:
- Degree or accredited qualification in a relevant discipline such as product management.
- Awareness of the features of a Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or FinTech business and topical issues within the wider business landscape.
- Comfortable with usage of Google Analytics reporting and other tools to make informed data driven decisions.

Other information:
- This role is open to applicants with the right to live and work in the UK.

- The usual working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
- You need to be able to work from home in a comfortable, private environment, with a solid internet connection (a minimum of 10-12 Mbps upload speed) and a suitable desk and chair.
- We'll provide you with all the IT equipment you need to get set up before you start with us - so there's no need to supply your own.
