How it works
Using the Bulk Importer is super simple:
- Just download a template from the Bulk Importer (found in Accounts) or visit the Invoice/Expenses tabs.
- Fill in your invoices or expenses (one sheet per type).
- Upload to Crunch. We’ll check the data and flag any formatting issues.
- Done! Invoices are saved as drafts, ready to issue; expenses are ready to reconcile.
It’s bookkeeping without the headache, even if things have slipped or you’re switching to Crunch.
Who can use it?
The Bulk Importer is available for Sole Trader Pro, Limited Pro, and Limited Premium customers. Not on Pro or Premium yet? Upgrading gives you access to this time-saving feature plus the full suite of expert support and smarter tools. Including one of our customers’ favourites, Auto-Match.
