Carl Jackson is the founder of Manifest Coaching & Facilitation, an independent career coaching consultancy dedicated to helping clients make confident, informed decisions about their futures. A qualified Level 6 Careers Guidance & Development professional, Carl works with schools, colleges, training providers, and workplaces, delivering impartial 1:1 careers guidance, student coaching, teacher CPD, and employer engagement.
