Get as much free advice as you possibly can from professionals, whether that’s insurance, accountancy, or contracting,” Fiona explains.

She’s also clear on the value of working with people you can actually speak to. “When I was with other accountants, you could never jump on a video call. It’s really weird in this day and age not to see who you’re talking to, especially when it’s such a trust thing between you and your accountant.”
